hi I have a problem. new 50w laser. I installed the drivers for windows. then I open ezdca2 and when I press the light button, ready comes out and the program freezes. if I turn off the laser the program unlocks. plus it doesn't give me the red light figure or even marking. can you help me thanks.

So . My engraver doesn't recognize it the computer doesn't recognize my engraver but it shows up just like yours did and knowing I have to do that with the driver before that'll work?
