There's nothing bullish about it.  Once the Hex smart contract was deployed, Richard Heart became something entirely separate.  If the SEC had "won", the Hex congtract would've continued, and maybe Heart even wouldn't have had the opportunity to stake all those coins, allowing Hex to still be paying 10% for everyone else instead of 1% like now.  The dismissal of the case has no bearing on the Hex contract whatsoever, it still sucks due to the low interest.  We never needed "SEC approval" to speculate on tokens, there is no advantage for Hex to have this "precedent"...
