Putting undercoveremployees in one's company is sure a good strategy to learn about how your company is being run & how satisfied your employees are. Satisfied employees are inspired to work better. Profit sharing is one good way to satisfy employees & encourage them to support the goals of the company. Good work, Janitor.

@adelguy67

Being a manager myself I always put my employees first, it is the difference between being a boss and a leader, I want to inspire and empower my team and make coming to work an enjoyable experience, this is how you get the best results by treating your employees with respect and rewarding their hard work

@jchan9761

Being a good manager is striking a balance between delegating, providing leadership as well as mentorship. I have been fortunate enough to have good managers in my career and I hope pass that down to my team.

I LOVE to watch your videos. And this one was really Awesome. That manager thought he had it all and it was going to last forever. As for the young man of the owner, I Love how laid back and humble he is. He doesn't act like a spoiled brat that wants everything.

@miriumhurt3221

I had a very, very wealthy friend. We were good friends because I didn't care about her money. She moved here and out of boredom, and having been a professional stylist, got a job in a snooty salon. She said they treated her like dirt. After about a month, she bought the salon and fired them all!! Even the manager! She sat on that property for awhile, so the next owner wouldn't hire the old staff back. Best story I ever heard. I bought HER dinner in celebration!!

@kingtut5923

Great story, I know it was not real, but could of and is happening. I am 76 and started to tear up after watching
how cruel some bosses are.

@charlottecalloway7538

I really enjoyed this story. I love how James decided to become the janitor and be the needed ear for his father! Just like my favorite show, Undercover Boss! Great job! I'm looking forward to more stories. 👏👏👍👍

@naomirossiter8187

I love stories like this if only justice was served like this in the real world it would be a better place to live in

@Newfie_half_breed_2002

“I would have gotten away with it if it weren’t for you janitor” he sounds like the villain at the end of a Scooby doo episode😂

@shellyvisco4936

I love how this story ended ! That Mr Keith made me sick! So happy for the employees now!

@danmarquez3971

GREAT video! Makes me think of past corporate jobs. Pathetic raises & bonuses. Old cheap cars in parking lot. Hazardous conditions. An employee died from a heart attack from being overworked. And the manager drove a Lamborghini and owned a yacht.

@jacquelinegolding4608

He never knows what was coming his way. Great story,Lesson learnt!!!

@johnrivas4469

Being a boss and manager is about working really hard, helping others and make the job and company with better success. This Cruelty manager doesn’t care about his employees or helping he just wants to be luxurious. I would never ever do that to anybody and work with someone who just wants to steal and hurt everyone.

@SusanRandall-mf8vr

We always have start somewhere even if means we have to start at the bottom. There is nothing with it. Gorgeous janitor.

@kennethvoliverjr1145

What a Great Story, too many times the regular employees are not treated well.

@misstressglamourghoul_6663

I like how the son is very humble and does not see the material things . Most rich people children wants things handed to them but prefers to work for everything

@lindanelson3561

What a great story! My heart was filled with joy when I saw how things turned out for those employees.❤

@marionmiller9737

This needs to happen at a lot of jobs. I just left a job like that . Loved the job but bad management. It's always the good hard workers that get mistreated

@joeyshub

So refreshing to witness a story where the son of a company owner is not spoiled, is judicious, and is low-key street smart. Business owners and managers could learn a thing or two from Jeff and James Anderson here. Kudos to the team that made this video possible!

@velvetbees

This was pretty good. I loved that it is a recreation, of a real problem instead of a reality style show. The actors wanted to do the story justice. Good job, guys. And girls. 😊🌺🦋 P S. Thanks for showing that good people can be way undervalued.
