Imagine if they let you right click 2 minecarts while holding chains/lead to link them together to make a train. Chains could be less flexible, and slow it down more, but are strong and don't break easily, while lead breaks easier, but is more flexible, and don't slow down the train. That would be epic.

I do think it's a shame that they never fixed the furnace minecart but it allows us to build some really neat contraptions because of how broken it is so you win some, you lose some I guess. It is still really neat though…

Here are some ideas that would improve the minecart system: Connected minecart: you can now connect minecarts with leads and chains, although you can only connect 3 minecarts Diamond minecart: crafted with the 5 diamonds, the diamond minecart would be slightly faster than a normal minecart, although it's stunning look is already worth the price Gold minecart: crafted with 5 gold ingots, the gold minecart would be the fastest minecart, however it would also be very fragile, and would break in impact with a wall in a fast speed or by falling fron a high place Netherite minecart: crafted with 5 netherite ingots, the netherite minecart would be the most expansive minecart, but don't go thinking this is the best minecart, as it have its downsides, the netherite minecarts is incredibly heavy and strong, having the hability to damage mobs that are on it's path and being lava resistent, although the netherite minecart is the slowest of all, being slighly slower than a normal minecart New rails: Wooden rails: crafted with 6 planks and 1 stick, you would craft a wooden rail, this rail by right clicking in this rail, it would keep being placed, like scaffolding, having the hability to be suspended in the air, although i don't recommend crossing this rail while suspended in the air with a netherite minecart, it might break Ice rails: with 6 iron ingots, 1 stick, and two ice blocks, you would craft a ice rail, this rail makes you go super fast, just like a boat in ice, although it would melt if exposed in the sun in not cold places, imagine this rail + gold minecart Ender rails: with 6 enderanium shards, and 2 sticks, you would make an ender rail, this new rail could teleport your minecart to the nearest ender rail if activated with an ender pearl or eye of ender, although the ender rail will nto be abel to detect rails that are too far Intersection rail: with 4 iron ingonts and 5 sticks, you would craft an intersection rail, with this rail, you can connect rails in all 4 directions Deceleration rails: with 1 rail, 2 coals and 2 redstone torches, you would craft the deceleration rail, this rail decelerates your minecart Jump rail: with 1 rail and two slime balls, you would craft the jump rail, this rail would be activated when it senses a minecart moving above it, making the minecart jump, the high and lenght of the jump depends on the speed of your minecart
