Why are we renaming the last folder to command? You left out some steps, and spent too much time explaining what a quotation mark is. Thanks for the effort, but the info given is confusing to idiots like me.

Before you change the folder name to 'command' you input a formula. What you've done there is not clear. The formula disappears and there is an empty box into which you type command. Feels like some step is missing. Also not everyone knows that a reboot is required after changing the registry. Anyway this did not work for me.

In my experience any one still have the problem you just follow this ...fisrt follow the steps as per the video, important is without Internet...Then try to install, if it is not working...try the same step with Internet
