I actually played a challenge a while back and discovered a niche with Spring Bean. It can infinitely stall a Football Mech if you get one close to your Spring Bean and place a minion in the same spot as it when it gets close. It’ll try to push the other plant you just placed, actually aim for the Spring Bean, and never actually push the Spring Bean because it’s too low on the ground. I discovered and used it for a challenge where Torchwood is the only damaging plant, and it was the only way to reliably kill a Football Mech because the only other way you could’ve dealt damage to one was killing a Torchwood off in the same lane by another means.

Imo, it wouldn't be that bad if it actually had good knockback. If it knocked zombies back like, 3-4 tiles, then I could see it moving up on the tier list.
