@TNVGAMING

Did you ever play the PlayStation?

@tobormax

That startup noise is still the GOAT.

@sandshrewtcg

The startup sound just does something to me I cannot explain.

@chucklos391

That start up recording is GOD tier. You can feel the bass part of it. Man. Old school consoles rock.

@lazydazey9282

Going from the 16 bit era to the PS1 was the biggest leap in technology of any video game generation. Playing PlayStation after SNES blew my mind more than any new system by far.

@neomaster007

That startup sound for the first time as a 5-6 year old was magic

@bmr7776

Such a sexy console and THE best console start up ever

@martinrun

You put the game start and play! No reg, no setups, no terms, no bs. Just pure fun!

@Tito83Luvs

Hearing that startup and playing Resident Evil classic!! Brings back great memories

@ZannyZazz

Everytime that startup screen turns on, a wave of nostalgia memories shock my brain 🧠.

@Conquerade

Nothing beats the nostalgia of old-school gaming! 🎮 Always great to see others appreciating the classics!

@kotk05

I'm glad my brother kept the PS1 when we all left home after high school. Gave it to me 10 years later. Still works and I keep it safe in storage.

@Toots2.0

Startup is uuuuuhhhhhhh.... 🎉🎉🎉 My PS1 is nearly 30 years old and works. 👍

@MSDGAMEZ

I miss the old rca days. Good times.

@m0n3y420

Just listening to the sound of it turning on brought back so many memories

@137thattempt

these original models with the direct RCA outputs for audio made these some of the best CD players of all time (with the bonus of being one of the best consoles of all time xd)

@pizzajeanz4410

That startup noise really hit

@retroworld8090

That's still the best start up design and sound of any console.

@wilmarjsantos

Sounds of my childhood:
1. PS1 intro
2. Song 2 - Blur (FIFA 98 OST)
3. Every you Every me - Placebo (F1 2000 OST)

@trustme2001

The chime lives rent free in my brain
