The reason why the OS disappeared is because you didn’t turn off UEFI Boot in system settings. You need to turn this off because Windows operating systems don’t support that kind of boot.

The reason its slow is the UTM app is UTM SE which means no JIT (makes it fast) if you jailbreak it and install UTM it would be fast.
