As someone who just purchased a home (5yrs ago). Two of the biggest reasons were, the natural light (24 windows) and the exposed brick! My shared wall is basically all exposed brick (I live in a row house). And the brick was formed on site in the 1920's! No one brick is the same, and they're all different shapes and sizes (hand laid, no straight lines anywhere) with tons of imperfections and impurities baked into them. Some of the bricks even have pieces of glass in them.

Eu já adoro as paredes de tijolos pois parecem fazer parte da decoração e o contexto dela. A janela de "windows" (achei muito engraçado esse termo, nĂŁo pensaria nisso sozinha), acho incrĂvel por ter o pĂ© direito alto, a luz que entra e bate na parede dando um ar de aconchego e vida no apartamento. Fora a privacidade que vocĂŞ mesmo disse, que Ă© excelente. Acho a disposição do apartamento muito legal.
