Good work on the diet. I'm nearly 50 and found that three-ingredient meals, water, and fasting a day once or twice a month will drop weight like crazy. Always wanted to upgrade my B7 S4 to an R8, but I retired, so, done with that idea. 🤣 Add fasting if you want to drop weight faster.
