Hey Stephanie, I recently became a subscriber to your channel; absolutely great content by the way! I have been getting myself ready to pull the trigger on purchasing my first investment property. So I established my LLC., I have a 730 credit score, and I've got roughly $25,000 liquid cash to start with. I like everything I just heard in this video.
