Incredibly grateful I came across your workouts. I am 4 years post-op from a full ACL reconstruction. I did full rehab in New Zealand for a year and they were great. But I haven’t had any response from my quadricep since surgery. After only a couple workouts with you I have now felt my quad for the first time. No words for how much that means to me. Thank you, something about how you have us move our body is engaging every muscle but with gentleness.

This is my second week doing this exercise each morning and truthfully, I didn’t want to do it today. But because it’s not overwhelming, I pushed through and got it done. Thank you for making this feel achievable even when I don’t feel like doing it!!
