As Shakira once said "hips don't lie" especially in the context of a deadlift

@berserkenjoyer

Sorry brofessor i couldn't pay attention. Was too busy riding the lightning

@TrayCaddyyy

Louie Simmons had his guys do all kinds of pulls that are not their competition style. Made those lifters insanely strong having variety

@G4gazhotmail

At 24 i was pulling 440kg with straps for partial deadlifts and they are good for lockouts at the top, never failed beyond the knees

@stuartbailey6201

Sounds logical.

@RevelationWisdom777

The just the below the knee deadlift was what I had in my last competition and it wasn't much more than my traditional max, at least with traditional I have lots of leg drive and momentum to finish but not with being disadvantaged below the knee....

For one dude it was above his knees, so he wound up just leaning backwards and hitching it up for a ride up the quads, was hilarious!

@Dubiousgrinch

I can do about 1.5x my normal deadlift with below the knee rack pulls

@Shahrukhsa

If this is the case why does west side get so much hate? Isn’t it ideal for strongman due to the many variations?

@stephanM5

It's great to be strong but be cognizant of the sheer forces that affect the joints.

YouTubers making "new content" by clipping their old footage into a "new video" just to avoid going to work.
