Instead of using item frames for labeling the chests use signs it reduces lag (item frames count as entities) and they are cheaper

11:44 replace the slabs with trapdoors bc you can grab the xp and the villagers won't escape either bc their hitbox is too big

tip on how to get the xp from the villager trading :), you lock the trades and use the trapdoor to the bottom so it doesnt get out since they cant open trapdoors! its really simple and very useful if u dont have a mob farm/xp farm
