My autonomous chatbot is ignoring the instructions and keeps hallucinating. I explicitly specified that it should only respond based on the provided knowledge base, not its own outdated one. However, it continues to use its internal knowledge base at times, resulting in incorrect answers. How can we avoid this behavior?
