@jameskim2007

Take out the inside and outside O ring and sweat it, it takes 5 minutes and it’s guaranteed leak proof unless you suck at soldering.

@Tman0517

I never trust the set screw with copper, i always pull the o rings and sweat it. Then once cool you just put the outside o ring back on.

@TryCallMeDaniel

What are other options to instal Moen on a copper pipe?

@lololine

This is a great video!!! Question I have a shower diverter from the late 80s maybe 90s with no markings on it where does one go to find a replacement????

@glittergold6204

Can the adapter be removed? I can’t find a replacement for it

@skrubnagrom8061

Did you have to apply a lot of force to get the adapter on?

@ervinlosha1333

Good job

@bryanl9445

Those adapters fail and the set screw ruins the copper.

@musclecar62

I have a spout like this but without the set screw
I need my spout replaced

@benporcher723

Deburring is great for o-rings, emery cloth is not. The scratches are too coarse and it can cause a leak. For example, SharkBite instructions specifically say not to use emery cloth to prepare the pipe.

@mikeking3110

Nice👍

@jasonodell79er

No sweat! 😅

@edmessina8392

Duravit tub......Nice!

@jarretwright5341

That is a delta tub spout, no other companies make that.

@elifehawk

Where can I find this type of tub spout? Mine old one need to be replaced right now. The copper connector is fine.

@venictos

I have a Delta Porter tub spout (black). It didn't come with an adapter and has female threads towards the end of the spout. What do I need to buy to connect it to smooth copper pipe with no male threads or anything?

@jasonsborean

A link to the adapter would be useful.

@rodriguezmack2012

That Set Screw on that adapter is Garbage, Just Solder it if You know How 🤔
