For those who have utterly no clue how this heist works despite being released for probably about 3 years now Guards have about 1-2 seconds mostly 1.5 seconds to spot you if your in front or to the side of them using the cutter on the glass of the big red diamond doesn't actually start a assault as it's a rather bug or glitch for some reason in the game If you shoot the big red diamond glass it closes even if not by your shots ruining all your hard work for money If you managed to get the vault open but no red diamond don't shoot the glass, rather get caught since you would get ambushed after breaking the glass the red diamond door only spawns on OVK and OVK 145+ and has exactly a 75% to spawn on both The codes will usually only work depending on how far you gotten in stealth and even if you stealth all the way to the vault codes it may not work The same applies to getting the codes off the CFO Bring trip mines to break the glass instead of having to shoot it unless you don't have trip mines guards have a very shitty A.I and it's incredibly random, but at the beginning it seems to run on a pattern rather than being random Guards can only see as far as their flashlight and you can actually run through them without them noticing you if your lucky enough

Thx! Lots of practise and memorizing all the guard paths finally "paid off" :-) The map from dopefish helped immensely in learning the floors of the building too.

Thx! A *lot* of restarting to learn the guard patterns, and figuring out where the heck you start in the map (IIRC you can start in 1 of ~5 random locations: 2x left, 2x right, and middle.)

I think its total BS that even with a silenced weapon the alarm is raised and ALL guards know exactly where you are. Not even sure why they bothered with silenced weapons as there core function is worthless.

1 things, when you set up the cutter, even though it says assault, there is no actual assault until you break the middle glass

I attempted this and I can say that there aren't any pressure indicators in the room. As long as you don't smash the jewel cases, the alarm won't go off. The alarm didn't go off when the big jewel case was being drilled.

I've always been so closed, but I always end up with some guys that go after the stones in the middle of the room first. Then, after running back to get the glass cutter, some one decided to try using their gun.
