Here, for all of you over in america:
1/2 cup of butter
2/3 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1 large egg
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 cups of plain flour
2 tsp cocoa
1/2 tsp bicarbonate
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/3 cups of your preferred chocolate chips

They're very easy to convert if you try guys.

I made these this morning and OMG there already gone! They turned out sooooooooooo good! I didn't have white chocolate chips so i just used regular milk chocolate ones. They where so yummy 😋 thanks for sharing ❤

Ingredients:
115g butter, melted
150g light brown sugar
115g granulated sugar 
1 large egg
2tsp vanilla
Strong red food colouring
170g plain flour 
10g cocoa powder 
½tsp bicarbonate of soda 
½tsp salt
175g white/milk chocolate chips

1) Preheat your oven to 180°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160°C (fan)

2) Whisk together the melted butter and both sugars to form a paste.

3) Mix in the egg, vanilla, and a dash of strong red food colouring until smooth and runny.

4) Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt then fold them in until just combined.

5) Add the chocolate chips and fold them in.

6) Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

7) Place 2tbsp of the dough on a cookie sheet, then do the same with the rest of the dough 4" apart.

8) Bake for 8-10 minutes and let them cool.

9) Enjoy!

It turned out SO GOOD!!! I used to make cookies TOO hard or TOO cake type, but this!! You should definitely try to make these🤍

I finally made this today!! And it's really GOOD!!🥰but it's a bit too sweet so I recommend you guys to reduce some from the white &brown sugar to make it less sweet and also it really good if you dip it with a cup of milk to lessen the sweet
Btw for those who want to know how many cookies you can get,I get about 22 cookies from this video (but I used 1 scoops only bcuz it can be big) but if you want it more than 22 cookies you can make the dough you had just made making it more smaller  ( easier if u used your hand)
