Came back to this after trying to think about why this moment stuck out to me during the podcast. It's so interesting since they unpack things now that Anthony's back. Shayne's said in the "where's anthony" reaction video it kinda had to be business as usual and mostly pretend he was never there (which totally makes sense from a PR standpoint, even without Defy), but it almost feels kinda validating for the fans where we can all admit it does suck that someone co-created this business, helped it achieve, and had to leave it all behind even if it turned out well. Especially since Courtney started as a fan and worked with Anthony for a while before he left, it makes sense they would have feelings beyond just a coworker quitting. But god, I loved this entire episode, especially hyping up Courtney's directing skills lol, wish I was there to hype them up too!
