As a self-taught beginner I have been struggling with drawing mostly due to the lack of clear indications as to what I should do first and why. Now thanks to your lessons and to your book recommendations I finally found the way to go and I can start practicing with purpose and without wasting more time. I'm really grateful for what you do!
Also, thank you very much for this informative video.

@brinka7918

i took on trying to learn drawing in march but i gave up after a month bc i really struggled with putting on that straight line which made me struggle tons with drawing simple shapes and it was driving me crazy, especially squares. i think i’ll glove it another go but first focus only on finding the right way to draw the line

@ericnoble5194

@ourin00

Hi.
First of all thank you for your tutorials.
Here is my problem and i hope you can help me.
I have picked up drawing 2 months ago and i have this 1 problem when i do straights they tend to go off in a little bit of degree like they are straight but I want them to be in 0 degrees they will be 3 degrees off. So when I do something like square which is essential fundamental it will look off. My guess would be lack of practice.
And also sometimes when i do straights they will become curves i think it's because my hand is used to the C curves that it will do it sometimes.
I hope you can understand my problem.
Again thanks for the great website and your tutorials.

@shadowseer07

wow also loving your website!

@shadowseer07

so helpful, thanks so much.

@leserbeacerbe6910

When I try to simply the objects in front of me, I encounter serious difficulties.
And I still wonder how do you combine forms to create a mecha for example.
I can copy a photograph accurately but when I must draw my own characters or landscapes that's honestly not balanced and 3D is absent.

@DennisCNolasco

Hi Luis, what's a good book on gesture drawing? I've yet to find a good one.

@law3rd669

Ive been watching the simpsons recently from season 1, Also thank you FOR this I hate how no one discusses where to start its kinda frustrating because you end up trying to do everything.

@Peter-wl3tm
