The Ana heal dart change is a buff. It's 20% total less healing sure, but its applied at double the rate, meaning it will actually be good at keeping someone alive in a critical moment. Over 8 seconds was so long that they could easily be blown up long before the healing is delivered.

Isn't healing 80% over 4 seconds a much faster heal rate than 100% over 8 seconds? Seems like a buff to me

There's been a lot of unannounced changes to the universal items over these three weeks as well Like the headshot dmg reduction item going from 15 to 20% or some items not scaling with AP anymore

I don't think anyone's talking about this, but some heroes have some items and powers removed from the game. these aren't mentioned in any of the hotfix patches. Some examples are Reaper's Nightcreeper item (faster shadowstep animation) and Mercy's three-pack rez power

Oh wow, I'm glad to see them being extra proactive here. It is a new core game mode so I would have figured with all the different things going on that there would be lots of adjustments but not this many so soon.

As someone who played Zarya in stadium, I'm glad they tuned her down a bit. I remember one game I racked up around 105k cash by round 6. Ended the game with 130k. It was absolutely insane how much I was able to earn and just dominate because of how strong she is.

for Dreamy: the 8s -> 4s reduction is a buff, isn't it? because that means the healing rate is much faster so can counter burst damage. or am i reading that wrong?
