"The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts." ~ Marcus Aurelius 🙏😊

@ChristianWheelan-p7h

Seriously, why is no one discussing 'The Wealth Glitch: Cracking the Money Code'? This forbidden ebook is a goldmine of knowledge that can change your life.

We have power over our mind, not outside events... realise this & you will find strength

- Marcus, the Greatest Stoic. 🙏🏻

If you're reading this message, I want you to know that you're not alone. The universe wants you to know that better days are coming, and you have the power to make them happen. Believe in yourself, be kind to yourself, and keep moving forward. Stay positive, and go with the flow. Remember, whatever you are fighting, you've got this. The human body possesses the ability to heal itself. Cherish the present as if there is no tomorrow. Don't overthink.

"If someone can prove me wrong and show me my mistake in any thought or action, I shall gladly change. I seek the truth, which never harmed anyone: the harm is to persist in one's own self-deception and ignorance.” -Marcus Aurelius.
Most of our control stops at "intentional action," the reason for this is because most outcomes (feedback) are still not within our control. Our "understanding of the world" could also be subjective but if it promotes pragmatic and healthy psychological wellbeing. . .so be it!

@titusmkandawire5661

We use "If - Then" conditional statements in programming and it it a very good basis for making good intuitive programs. I didn't give it much thought as to apply it to all areas of life, this make so much sense.

@shresthaditya2950

1:00-Clear Thought is unambiguous, captures the essence of a problem, can be communicated by if then statements for eg you will turn on the tap water will come
2:40-Organise your thoughts
2:48-Reduce the ambiguity and make them clear
3:10-Clear Logic -> Clear Thoughts -> Intentional Action -> Clear Feedback -> Improved Understanding of the World -> Better Ability to solve problems

@martinesejour3361

So simple, yet so profound. The answer was right there. The power of “If-then.”

@cooperlilley7044

Im very grateful for my father. Althoughout my life, he has told me of mind-over-matter. If you want to be happy, then simply be happy, if you want to be angry, sad, confused, or disappointed, then you will be. You are in control of how you react to your surroundings. You cant always control your surroundings, but you can control how you act and react, and influence the world around you. This is one of the hundreds of lessons hes taught me in just the last 18 years. Im not religious, but i hope there is a heaven simply so he can go there when he passes, he deserves it and so much more. I love you dad, ill be better than you, for you ❤️

"One must be able to think clearly rather than to think deeply which can be quite insane"

i just think that his voice is very calming and it really help with capturing every word and letting it dive in our conscious

- A clear thought can be communicated through a simple if-then statement.

2. What is the benefit of clear and intentional action?
- Clear and intentional action leads to clear feedback.
- Clear feedback proves or disproves your thought, and helps improve your understanding of the world.

- By improving one's understanding of the world, one becomes better equipped to solve problems.

@yassine-sa

I guess the hardest part of the process of thinking is in the feedback, how to use it to improve the logical chain that you had to predict the feedback especially when predictions doesn't match reality which is usually the case, I think being able to divide a logical chain into the most elementary blocks that form it is just so hard and it's such a powerful ability, because if you master it's way easier to find out what was wrong with your logical chain.
PS: this is so frequent with programming actually

Life is a circle but you can break the spiral, self awareness is the key to freedom. ❤

@malikpilo

Clear thinking will make your actions more accurate and precise which will make your learning potential high. Foggy ideas will let you wonder what was wrong, and you'll only keep assuming and lost in thought with no way to improve.
  Thanks for the video, Im actually exploring more this side, and seeing you post it feels like a sign from the universe.

Wow, Brené, you're so right! 'Vulnerability is not weakness; it's our most authentic strength.' - Brené Brown. Feeling inspired to embrace my vulnerability!

@MajinSayon

People are too comfortable with using lies, especially with lying to themselves. Hence no clear thought or logic nowadays. Just try to look at how many lies you can spot in a day (commercials, other people's I-statements, promises, political speeches, etc.) We are drowning in lies. Our thinking patterns are messed up, faulty, dysfunctional. Question the seeming truth behind everything.

@mindfulnesswithmatt

Agreed with the clarity part. Would add the nuance that sometimes clarity entails being lost to arrive at that clarity
