I like how much more fucked up this is than the first blind folded run Jaiden's run was a typical blindfolded run, but for Jacob's Odyssey run we have a full 3D environment with a full 3D camera thats often pointing the wrong way, a guide that doesn't know the game with a player that knows the game too well, the player asking for directions before actually explaining what they're supposed to be looking for and attempting strategies and speedrun tech without explaining it to the guide, and finally, said guide not knowing her right from her left Like this is so much more scuffed than a normal blindfolded run, it's amazing this went as smooth as it did lol

I 100%ed Mario Odyssey within a week of first playing it, but watching this video fools my brain into thinking the game must be impossibly difficult to control lmao. I like Jacob, but it is unfortunate how Jaiden tells him to go a direction and he does the Mario equivalent of "so anyway I started blasting," by jumping around all over the place. I think 10 years have been shaved off of my life from watching this video, but it was fun, and I love the blindfolded videos.
