@Gears_Starting

After hearing about another SCP called The Eye Pods and how one helped re-contain 173 by looking at it with its unblinking eye, I had an idea on how they could better contain 173. The eyes that look at SCP-173 do not need to be human to keep the anomaly at bay, so I wonder if they could put a bunch of flies in 173's containment to keep it from becoming active. Each fly has many unblinking eyes, so 173 will not be snapping any necks if there are enough flies around. The feces 173 produces can also help to create more flies as the flies lay their eggs on it that will then be eaten by maggots.

@CyberSlayer128

It's interesting how one small change can make such a big difference.

@dr_bright1920

173: * Starts duplicating *
The SCP Foundation: This evolved into a big fucking problem

@KingEggoStudios

The Class-D that survived both of the SCP-173s is a god at staring contests.

@rizqihidayatullah6474

Guard : "Special containment procedures are beginning now! You know the rules!"

D-Class personnels : and so do us

@kingcrafter2291

it’s scenarios like this that make me appreciative of how living a normal life is better than your fantasies sometimes

@theemeraldvampire6320

If only 173 was even more like the weeping angels, imagine if they could, do the whole 'making them look at each other so they can't move '

@rainond.cooper2971

It's rare that people don't mention the outro. But the insanity of just casually turning your back on Peanuts is outstanding

@cyberprime9355

Fantastic Job Dr. Bob.

But I must admit: A rapidly-expanding army of 173 iterations acting as a hive mind is terrifying. Especially when 2 continents have to be nuked just to make a dent in their numbers. And when they struck Wales....Nowhere is safe

I also noticed your artstyle has improved substantially for this video. Bravo, Good sir.

@lexei00

Dude I remember when you had less than 10k subscribers and only had 2 videos, I'm proud of you doctor

@ethanp.796

Note left out from Dr. Bright's log:

"The only good news is that about 150 of those bastards teamed up and ripped SCP-682 apart. Brought a smile to my face."

@Yugioash

The D-class moping must have been in a good position to keep both 173 instances in line of site until help arrive, otherwise he wouldn't stand a chance even with just winking

@liamcook9220

"And his face goes white"
Damn you weren't kidding, he's as white as snow

@Cayde-6sHorn

Even though this tale isn't official canon, it's not any less terrifying.

@grifgrif_4

So this is why it feels like 173 is in two places at once in Containment Breach...

@k5elevencinc0

Those D Classes and the looks on their faces had me laughing so hard! I loved the conversation between them before they were violently killed. I apologize for my inappropriate laughter at this horrible situation.

@peterstoric6560

Dr Bright is not allowed to plant SCP-173 to “Grow more peanuts”

@MrGhozt

The sentence "Verified sighting of SCP-173 in United Kingdom" is terrifying especially the fact that they said that they can't cross oceans

@mrprotheroe4981

The first ever written and best-known SCP continues to terrify us.
