Init is not used now so systemd is introduced in 2014 exactly around 10 years ago in RHEL 7 till RHEL 6 init was used However init is encapsulated in systemd is first process whos PID is 1 but question is which process start systemd those process called as spontaneous process once they start systemd they killed itself
