sunscreen is not a hyperpigmentation treatment (it won't fade the dark spots). however, it's definitely the best way to PREVENT hyperpigmentation
I loooove niacinamide, that with 1-2x weekly glycolic acid gets my skin together hyperpigmentation wise 💅 ofc with daily sunscreen
Alpha arbutin is simply chef's kiss
The paula's choice 1% retinol seems pretty great from my few days of usage. I still prefer adapalene and the ordinary retinol 0.5% in squalane though. Mostly because of how moisturizing the ordinary retinol in squalane is.
We appreciate you for sharing this with us😍
I found tranexamic acid works better at inhibiting dark spots vs. vitamin c.
I really struggle with my hyperpigmentation but tinted sunscreens are always too light on my skin and give me that white casted look. Legit like I put flour all over my face. How do I get around this? Currently using the La Roche Posay one.
Vitamin C + sunscreen + salicylic acid face wash + collagen boost supplement thats all you need
Omg thank you SO much!! This is exactly what I've been desperately searching for. I've seen makeup tutorials with hyperpigmentation, but they always put on a lot makeup. I already do that, but I wanted a faster routine with fewer products. I love that you showed us it looks good with just the foundation first and then added the other products. I always fight with myself to not add more blush to keep it simple and natural too sksks. Sorry for the super long comment but I genuinely thought it was impossible to go this minimilist with my little skin isssue. I hope 2025 treats you amazing I just subbed 🫶
Is the tinted sunscreen just to help cover hyperpigmentation for aesthetics or is there a medical reason for tinted over non tinted? Thanks!
Thank you. VG
Vitamin C serum good 👍🏻
Can you pls do one of these for kp?
Wait is this for night time or morning?
So funny to me but informative. Thanks.
I have pimple marks and dark spots on my cheeks and I have been using ordinary niacinamide+ zinc for 5 months and the bottle is almost empty but I don't see too much difference... should I buy another one or go for something else???!!!
LOL!! Yes for tinted sunscreen! Win!!
IT IS FAN- TASIC
Sorry I want to follow but…..What brand are you recommending for hyperpigmentation?
