Creative intentions is such a nice way to think about what you'd like to achieve next year. I want to sketch on location more often, too. What keeps us from doing it? It is some of my favorite work to look back on, even if I thought the work was not so good at the time. I like to make a little booklet that lists all of my art goals for the coming year.

Thanks for sharing your favorite supplies! I’d actually love if you kept this approach and did more of these types of landscapes with those materials. Of course, I’m sure I’d like it if you tried a different approach too.

The Derwent Drawing I definitely want in 2025. And if all goes well hopefully i can finally get a nice watercolor pencil set. And if im really blazing, the Derwent Lightfast would round out my pencil collection. Im artist/ pencil enthusiast. Hope i spelled that right😂😂

So interesting. I just might purchase the kuretake gansai tambe. You might like to check into the new roman Szmal essentials pallette. Were I starting with watercolour, it would be THE ONE! Still don’t understand how such beautiful paintings come out of your scribbles! It always comes together and I’m usually guessing what is what up until nearly the end!!😅❤
