Little mistake, Frank doesn’t come back to Lost heaven, he was killed in Europe also his family , those graves are empty, its stays same as in the original game, and Sam is talking about it at the end of the game

I'm sure The Don outfit is still just a reference to Don Morello, and not Frank Nitti. If it was, they'd have made it look way similar to Nitti's, and not Morello's.

What about the second godfather easter egg? The one where Tommy puts a bomb on Lucky Sergio's car, but instead of him, his wife entered the car and she got blown up. That's a reference to an iconic movie scene from godfather, where Michael Corleone's wife got killed instead of him.

There’s another Corleone reference, not sure which mission, but if you overhear don Salieri talking at the beginning of a mission, he mentions he’s worried about certain crime families, including the Corleones.

4:29 no it's not a bug, that's misinformation. It is intentional design. One guy reversed the game to find the chance of spawn and he did and set it to 100% and everybody had dog head... I don't know the normal chance of spawning a person with dog head
