Fun fact. During the 13:00 cat fight round 3. When you finish your first playthrough, you get a SAA revolver you keep between runs. Equipping the revolver and going first person, Snake can spin the revolver with one of the analogue sticks. Doing it during this particular fight, Ocelot will see this, straight up stop the fight, run over to the chasm gap and spin his revolvers back at you for as long as you do it, even complimenting Snake on his technique. Just two dweebs spinning revolvers at each other over. The game is FULL of weird little moments and easter eggs like this.

8:20 Being honest, gun customization on that level in the 1960s not only was extremely expensive, but rare as hell. So a weapons enthusiast like Snake would have every single reason to be excited by a state of the art customization like that.

Volgin's powers are legit. I got shocked more than once as a kid (I wasn't smart). One time, we were at a science museum where there was a voltmeter. You put your hands on it and it shows you the voltage going around your body. Each one of my family put their hands on and the meter shifted a bit. I put MY hands on and it goes off the chart 😂 Can confirm, I also harness the power of electricity!
