Reminds me of when the bar actually called the cops on me. They said my ID was a fake but it was my actual ID. Of course i dont look like i was when i was 15 when i took that picture.

Fun fact: In Norway underage drinking is technically not illegal, but there's no legal way to get alcohol (and cops will take alcohol from underage kids), so if you're underage and somehow get your hands on alcohol, nothing (or no law) is stopping you from drinking it

Fun fact in new york. You can drink under 21 not only in your house but also at restaurant's if the parent or gaurdian orders the drink and doesn't leave them unattended the child can legally drink in public.

When I was a teenager I found a spot that didn't I'D me it was nice not having to ask my mom to buy me beer. She didn't understand it either because I had my own place working full time.

When I was a junior in high school my boyfriend at the time had a HUGE party for his 18th birthday(was trying to recreate project X). His parents were there & they had the gate locked, when the cops showed up they originally refused to open the gate. Cops said you let us in or we charge you with contributing to delinquency of minors so they opened up, 97 of us got MIP/MIC charges that night. Huge shit show, ended up turning out the cops lied to get them to open the gate. They told his parents that they had a kid in their squad car that they caught stumbling down the street & that he told them where the party was. Most of us got deferred sentences but pretty sure there were 6 people who actually served jail time because of their priors.

OR... you could ask for your fake ID back because it is illegal for the bartender or bouncer to hold onto it since it’s classified as thrift because the fake ID is your property. Source: I’m a licensed DPSST officer.
