@weaponizedmath4369

As a swimmer in school and in military, this is alot better than training on land

@EazyEDC

The second dude needs to save some lats for the rest of us

@Wil7205

The sound of being underwater is freakishly calming

@SweezyDaddy

I absolutely love the peacefulness under water

@SoloDolo-BlackMan

I used to do this for fun in the deep end of my pool when i was a kid. I can still hold my breath for 2 min. It will only ever come in handy now if someone tries to drown me😂😅

@caballero1152

I could never. Hats off to all the amazing people that do this.

@deadfish45films

Growing up on an island and swimming your entire life makes this seem easy as hell

@gamestothextreme2530

First guy knows what he’s doing, gotta release a lil air to sink faster if you just hold your breath it takes longer to get down and up

@shaomusic46

Nah this drill is next level. That breath you take once you get to the top isn’t enough

@shroomzzz

I live on a lake and spend hours swimming and floating during the summer. My friends and I use diaphragmatic breathing to 'swim' without moving arms, legs, hands, or feet. Its amazing what's possible when you overcome the natural instinct to panic. These guys are on a whole different level.

@gmoney6075

I was in the ocean most my life since im from SoCal, when we did this it was extremely easy to me, but the people who are from inner states found it hard as heck, they were freaking out, but I’ve been under worse pressure when a wave takes me out when im surfing

@laurawalker6529

My son has been through this. God bless them all.

@Trickie-tf1ir

Vids like this make me hold my breath.

@theoriginalmonstermaker

This has gotta be the most chill training possible for something called "hell day"

@teniechac9556

Being underwater is more mental than anything. Panicking in your head will tear away what you actually know you're capable of.

@PneumaNoose

I love the sound of a camera going underwater. Gives me the good kind of chills 🤤 Good job, fellas. Your country is proud of you ❤️🇺🇸

@FreeCrashFlow

It was 2008 and 25 of us showed up to Marine Combatant Dive to learn the SOCOM dive test was now a requirement…but we didn’t get a 9’ deep pool. The pool in Panama City was 12’ deep. Those three feet each way added up. Nevertheless, as I recall, with a week of prep everyone passed.

@habeebideemashayish2750

I heard a DI say once that "if you break a man in the pool, he'll struggle to take showers the rest of his life."
Seeing some of these exercises really brings that home. While I'm not afraid of the water, i respect it enough to stay out of the Willamette here in Oregon. The water looks slow and calm, but is full of underwater snags. I don't ever want to be in a position where i envy this dude's skills.

@madpurgev6533

This is one of the best training you ever have l🥶🔥🔥

@lizardlickfan1

Wow the mental discipline and proper technique must me learned trusted and performed perfectly. Hats off to the drown proofing part.
