I have started watching these videos and I have learnt a lot. Practical examples gave me hands on exposure in undestanding and creating new records and profiles in Salesforce Admin dashboard. Wondeful explaination about Custom Page layouts and records creation at 50:27. Please do practice every day 30min, you will learn Admin with these awesome tutorials.
