absolutely great!! I will cook that. Thanx from Germany. Ich think, I would like to taste a version of the traditional meat in combination with the mushrooms. From my point of view it is a crime to destroy the natural texture of the flesh, but if some very high civilized people might prefer that - so anyway, but not mine.

Actually, you shouldn't salt liver before cooking, as it will then become hard.
