Having lived and worked in Italy for over 40 years (Sardegna & Friuli Venezia Giulia), I greatly appreciate your culinary vlogs. I'm now residing in the USA and do well working around my kitchen,  I miss the relaxed dining experience as there is nothing comparable where I live. Please keep them coming. Complimenti!

absolutely great!! I will cook that. Thanx from Germany. Ich think, I would like to taste a version of the traditional meat in combination with the mushrooms. From my point of view it is a crime to destroy the natural texture of the flesh, but if some very high civilized people might prefer that - so anyway, but not mine.

Actually, you shouldn't salt liver before cooking, as it will then become hard.
