@anxiety_elemental

"I dont have time to explain" says the man who can communicate instantaneously with his mind.

@kurtreznor

"A dragon shows up."
Oh no, will it be difficult to stop the dragon?
"Nah, it's super easy, barely an inconvenience."

@yarrrthekraken

Ryan's frustration with the story and the game is so evident here. I feel really seen, because I've been feeling the same way. Thank you, Ryan.

@5zero3gaming420

As difficult as I can tell that was for you, I just want to say how much I appreciate your videos.

@mcgrewgs

7:27 "Again, whatever, who cares."

10/10 summary.  No notes.

@Cap_Olimar

When the Final Fantasy Set comes out you should treat it like regular magic story and tell what happened over the course of like 16 games lol.

@lanibentz9976

Y’know for it being called the dragon storm arc, the dragon storms themselves seem rather superfluous to the story itself

@ignacioleiva7583

I know Magic Arcanum loves MTG lore and the current state it's clearly frustrating for them. 50% UB expasions (so, no story), 40% meme expansions, 10% actually good or at least interesting. Aetherdrift story is clearly all over the place, full of inconsistencies and stupid mistakes.
I fully support this channel and I would say "keep up the good work" but I don't really know if I want to put you through the torture of reading these stories anymore. Tarkir seems to be good though.

@virginiawilson3884

"Temu Zendikar"
Tell us how you really feel lol

@MTGJosh

You have the iron will of a monk to have read this atrociously jarring and insane storyline that is Aetherdrift. Thank you for your sacrifice.

@ethanglaeser9239

I love how you both capture the story faithfully and react the way we all do now: “*shrug* because whatever I guess”.

@Rez-Ace5

From my understanding, Gonti was the one leading the races. They started off as back street races that weren’t entirely legal, but then he worked to make them a more publicly accepted thing. But he has always been a character that works in the shadows, so he would let someone like Winter race just for the chaos.

@Greg501-

As much as you're probably feeling pressured to get Tarkir out by June for EOE, I would be fine waiting until August. At 3 stories a year, you have 4 months instead of 3 on average to keep up, and it seems like most of us are fine with you taking your time, and now you technically have more.

@jeffreylalic7924

IT'S STORY TIME!!!!! (Welcome back gang!)

@phdsine

I just binged everything from March of the Machine: Aftermath to your Foundations video to catch up on the stuff i missed during my own magic hiatus. This drop is so perfectly timed! Thanks Moustache Minute Man!

@Saint0110

Definitely didn’t think we were ever getting this video. Thanks for powering through, appreciate you!

@locodude23

Thank you for your recap! I almost always have questions after trying to parse the story bits we're given, and your summaries either clear things up or make me feel better about not understanding something. I'm always excited when a new video releases. Many thanks to the magnificent mustache and his team!

@msarsur

I missed this video. Thanks for bringing it to us, Ryan!

@iTzDritte

I love these videos to learn the story. I ain’t reading all those story articles, and the physical cards don’t readily tell a coherent story by themselves.

@zepkhanplays

Actually, Jace waiting at the finish line makes sense, given if Loot was being used in this race, he'd likely be used by he winner. And it's a 3 day race, so overthrowing a government is something for him to do.
