Youre the best at explaining fades, i do them on myself, self cuts, but i still reference your vids thanks!

@romeoabenoja1322

wow! This video answers all my questions! I was really really confused before about changing guards, when to close and when to open, why is it okay to escape guards, or is it really necessary to use scissor on apex area. This is the first time that I see a barber uses 8 on top, 6 on the parietal ridge, then .5 at the bottoms. I've learned many things. This is a blessing for me.

@Missblackbrokenheart

I have a question. My bf has very long silky hair that grows to the back. How do I decide which length to use clippers? The clipper I have I can control the mm length and also have a 3 inch guard and a 6 inch guard.

Hi can i ask my barber to use the # 8 guard to cut down my hair?

@vinzalicious

Hey there..if I wanna do a skin fade in your other video, do I still continue to fade down using this steps..?? If my desire length were to be #8(short), means I would have to use #6(short) to fade ontop...how about if my top is #6(short), Wht # should i blend from side to top? i tried doing skin fade with long hair but ended up bowl-like shape cut..screw up again..

@Jerguitar2

What set of clippers wound you recommend that are semi affordable for diy fades? I have a Remington clippers and they are great but they don't have a taper guard.

@aymakam3789

Thank you for the demo very simple and clearly explained but i think it is clear you left an upper line which could be removed by #2 closed that's why it is better to use #2 open instead of closed..... any way thank you again for the simplicity and for being definite.

@justinbrown9306
