I can not even imagine having to go through life with acne like this. When I was in middle school I had some mild acne and it made me so self conscious. This case is just sad. I hope it gets better for him.

This is in Vietnam. People can’t afford or even see Accutane. This is how they treat it, although this place is being rather rough and unprofessional.

Twins I played in a band with in high school had acne like this and were allergic to Accutane. Where I grew up in the 80s, bullying was like a sport and these guys got it really bad because of their acne. I really felt bad for them. Their big cysts would just pop out of nowhere and if they didn’t have anything to wipe it off with it was a mess. They ended up at a plastic surgeon. The surgeon first cut open everything and cleaned it out. They went back 5 days later and had the first of 3 chemical peals. Once they were all healed up their acne never came back and the scaring they had prior was gone.
