@AzarakiDragon

Everyone around me sleeps early/normal times and I thought something was wrong since I sleep very late, and my most productive hours are at like 11pm-3am. When you talked about wolves sleeping late and said "These are my creatives," and "When did you get this idea? At 2am." I felt really validated

@homespunhomefragrance5659

Being a nurse and being a bear SUCKS!! I absolutely hate waking up at 4:30 AM for work! I wish I could have a more normal 9 to 5 schedule. I think those house would be perfect for my sleep schedule. I have always told people “I am a daytime person but I am NOT an early morning person and there is a huge difference between the two.” This explains that difference so well. I like to go to sleep around 11 PM or midnight and wake up at 6:30 or 7:00 AM.

I don't know if Dr Breus will ever see this, but I'd like to say how grateful I am for all the incredible advice he's puts out there. I've watched lots of his videos and I'm subscribed to his emails and through them I've been able to tackle my own terrible sleep problems.

Thank you very much.

@be.perfect

Don't make a video called "How to sleep better by knowing your chronotype" if you're not answering that exact question very specifically IN THAT VIDEO ! I was interested until I found out this video is just a hook to get people to go to your site and blablabla. Don't do business, it's always dirty and deceiving.

@Weaklings911

Dolphins— like this if you are D

@jmarylastone

I find video after video on HOW to change my sleep habits but what if I DON'T WANT to change my sleep habits ?? WHY SHOULD I?? I think my sleep problems come from trying to sleep when people say I should sleep instead of sleeping when my body says it is time to sleep

@ashavari

is it possible to be a mix of bear and wolf LOL

 i can get my day started in the morning shortly after i wake up (assuming there's light.... it's MUCH harder if i wake up before sunrise) .....and then i have that annoying afternoon dip between 2-4, but then i swearrr i get SO MUCH energy and peak again from like 8pm to 10:30! I don't think that sleepiness even hits me until it's almost midnight or even later sometimes.

@JaneQPublic

I haven’t set an alarm to wake up in the morning in years. I wake up at exactly 6hours every night and I usually wake up between 3-5 am. I get more done before most ppl wake up than I do the rest of the entire day

@MegaPuntlander

I actually forgot how to sleep

@Alex-zc3yd

Watching this at 3 am

@JoshwaLaw

What if I go to sleep from 3-6am every night and wake up around 1-2pm? 😂 (typing this at 4:30am)

@shandrakor4686

Wolf here. My system gets tired and sleep is instant at about 7am I sleep until 3pm or so. If I try and sleep earlier I toss and turn for a hour or so before I initiate the sleep thing.

@fabledghost

9-5 does not work perfect for a bear it works perfect for the early rising lion because: 1. 9-5 doesn't actually exist, its really 8-5. 2. you have to factor in commute, making and eating breakfast and getting ready meaning you have to wake up around 5:30 or 6 AM before the sun rises. If 9-5 were a real work schedule and it was work from then sure it would be perfect for a bear as you would be able to wake up when the sun rises and not be late to work.

@VerySimplyAxolotl

My kiddo is a lion and it kills me 😂 gets up between 4am and 6:30 am everyday since age 3.

@quinlansee1

Forced myself to do 11pm-7am every day this week. Felt like I slept 4 hours each time even though 1am-9am I feel amazing. I can wait 35ish years for lion era lol

@MommaBeeb

I’ve always thought of myself as a night owl. Becoming a parent has thrown my normal sleep schedule out of whack. I now try to get up at 6:30am to have enough time before getting my daughter at 7. I think since my natural schedule makes me want to stay up late, I’m just not getting enough hours of sleep. 😴

@Malin0vkka

Thank you, Doc!

I always knew I was a wolf, always struggling to be like everyone else..no more. Im a writer poet and should have studied drama..
