having modifiers on fruits like rainbow, gold, frozen, chilled, wet or shocked will boost the value of the fruit by alot, you can get modifiers like wet and chilled by leaving your fruit out for a while while theres raining event and stuff

Btw a little tip about mutations or modifiers however you call them. Rainbow and gold can happen when the fruit spawns and their chances can be increased by sprinklers from the gear shop. Wet, Chilled, frozen, shocked, chocolate, and moonlit happen due to weather/events. You can't get chocolate anymore as you get it from a sprinkler from easter event. The bonus from all the mutations go as follow: Shocked=100x (discord will try to tell you its 50x but if you do the math and test its actually 100x. They likely say its 50x because of the old faq in the discord saying its 50x), Rainbow=50x, Gold=20x, Frozen=10x, and wet,chilled,chocolate and moonlit all add 2x. If you want a more in depth evaluation of how different mutations would stack on a fruit I suggest you go to the wiki in the mutations section. Another big factor of how much a fruit will sell for is its size which can also be boosted by sprinklers. Hope this helps 👍👍
