It’s fascinating how CG Dream AI offers more creative freedom than other platforms. The ability to refine and control every detail really pushes the boundaries of what's possible with AI art.

The open source model that will take this product's place is the one we, developers, will be excited about. Anything owned by a company/corporation will go as follows:
Display the amazing capabilities, such as this demonstration.
Soon, someone creates a meme or other viral display using a famous person's likeness. This causes backlash from the regulators.
Regulation starts focusing on this new product and feeling the pressure, this company starts its long slide into censorship (See: Dall-E being unusable for developers)
Over time, their corporate bias and pressure for censorship leads to the same places ALL graphic AI products go to die....you cannot render a pregnant woman because "it's disrespectful to moral values". You cannot render a lady in a little black dress at a party because "it's too revealing and doesn't meet the 1950s standards set by the company".

If all this sounds extreme, see EVERY OTHER major AI graphic product in existence currently. Add 'war violence', 'intimate moments', and/or 'trademarked concepts' to all this and you end up with nothing but an object/meme generator. This company will succumb to the pressure and regulation. Your 'ultimate tool' will crumble under social pressure. So....when the open source model comes out replacing this, those regulators and social pressure are neutralized entirely. That's why the 109,000 writers of our writer's guild have had to resort to running A.I. models locally on our machines, so we are forever out of reach of this cascade of fascist censorship.

I didn’t know the use of flux dev model could be packaged and sold for commercial use. I thought you had to offer flux pro if you were charging people

@mel_arquiza

"This is where the true "MAGIC" happens. Unlimited 'IDEAS' to the extent of our imagination. A mind blowing stunning artistic images and movies far beyond the dream we hope for a future stories to tell where our true human limit lies." ❤❤❤👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏

@TheDuduRocha

Can´t stant the clickbait titles of AI videos anymore. "Sora killer", "this changes everything", etc. We are diving deep into the era of hyper sensorial trash, lack of imagination and clickbait idiocy.

@zachary3603

So it's a basic control net, and LORA selector, put in a wrapper and sold to people that aren't tech literate. (All of this can be done for free with basic comp skills and ComfyUI...)

@dirtydevotee

I spent an hour with CGDream today. There are many, many better options. Their interface is a mess.

@nortonwedge

Aaaaand it sucks. Like most generative AI, it's good at creating something from nothing... but boy, if you give it an image and then tell it to change only one aspect, it's fucking terrible. I tried 3 times to take a character i already had and "add more spikes and remove shadows". It changed this and that, but at NO point did add ANY spikes and kept all the shadows. Just worthless.

@epytaffskitchenstink

Notice how no text is displayed in any of the images except the one street scene, which is totally messed up.
