Thank you for hosting me Lex. I appreciate you as a colleague and as a friend who never backs down to any challenge or topic exploration or guest. And no, no lisp … If you listen to the end, you’ll catch the discussion about nicotine… and the experiment we did during the recording. My recommendation: don’t dip nicotine!
Such a little thing but hearing men say, "I love you, brother," is just so beautiful.
I love Andrew.... This guy cured my 21 year addiction with a single 1 Hour Addiction video that 20 years of therapy couldn't do. Then he made a sleep video and fixed my issue during recovery that lots of addicts go through. I will always care about this guy, regardless of what any online drama arises
Lex is the purest example of professional etiquette and the epitome of class, especially in the podcast / interview world. I consider him a worthy role model for me and my sons.
A good leader creates many followers. A great leader creates many leaders. 🙏
The Dr. James Hollis episode that he talks about around 20:40 was truly one of his best podcast episodes. Genuinely filled with gems. The man is in his 80s and sharp as ever.
A toast to all educational podcasts and the rise of social media. Without dedicated individuals like Andrew and Lex continuing their missions despite the harshest critiques, we wouldn't be as informed as we are today. It’s too easy to call out bluffs and misinformation. Stronger efforts are needed to give every great show the praise it deserves. Thank you both for your diligence and hard work for the public. 🥂
Thank you Lex Fridman for this podcast! No more podcasts by Dr Andrew Huberman would be a great loss in my eyes (and ears!). There are so many paper discussions to be held and shared with the public. Please continue to share your knowledge and enthusiasm with us, @hubermanlab! Thank you both for your courage to face the “borderline” public and for seeing through the noise into the heart of the human condition.
“Humility”. That is EXACTLY what I hear when I listen to Dr Huberman, which is what KEEPS me listening!! He knows a plethorae of things more than me, but he never comes across as arrogant.
Thank you Andrew from the deepest place of my heart because of your episode on alcohol I am now having an amazing alcohol free life. After I watched your episode 1 year ago , I went cold turkey and quit alcohol completely and can't even begin to tell you how that decision has transformed my life !
Lex seems like a friend most people wish they had.
The smile on Lex’s face when he says “it glows green” when talking about his daily tasks google spreadsheet makes me very happy.
Listening to two friends having a genuine conversation about whatever comes to their mind is so satisfying!
What a relaxing conversation from 2 very composed, classy, inspiring and wise human beings! It’s beautiful to see the resonance among their personalities, makes a great conversation devoid of rivalry, but witty and cool. Deep and entertaining!
I never comment on videos but hands down my two favorite people on the internet. Thank you
I can’t get enough of these two together, i could listen to them for hours. Thank you for these meaningful conversations 🙏🏾
Andrew is the type of guest you want on your podcast as frequent as you can He always has fresh usefull information
I love your genuine closeness to one another. One of the bests feelings!
Lex and Andrew you guys are amazing!! Andrew bringing on James Hollis and consequently discovering more of his works and books is one of the most pivotal perspective shifts of my life!! The internet and social media for all its failures having such quality content makes up for it in folds is my opinion!! Thank you!!
