I just got an S9 and this is a great video.  Thanks for posting.
I just saw another vid where he said he has is right index finger to unlock the phone, and his left one to open the secure folder.  I tried it, it works great.

For samsung
Go to settings> biometric and security> secure folder>patterns>choose a pattern you like>find the app that you want to delete>click uninstall
If the uninstall button is not there,click thr open button then go back and the uninstall button will appear :DD
