Good Lord, I have been blessed to come across this music. Vibing with the 80’s. I get that futuristic feel, a couple of tracks hit that anemoia like nostalgia, even had a couple hit that 80’s police officer tone. One even sounded like a JRPG with the party members sitting around plotting how to defeat a near future enemy/ or get out of some political event. Bravo my friend.

DAMN this has got some real fire in music technology history. The 70's did a great job in creating jazz fusion, but the 80's went another step further especially for New Age. Tangerine Dream and Vangelis helped the promote the bridge from hard rock.

I feel a little churlish asking, because four hours plus of music obviously takes a great deal of care and effort to put together but...might there be another of these at some point in the future? This is probably my favourite and most played of all your mixes, not least because I can't find anything else like it on YouTube. Some of the new synthwave kids are...OK, I guess. But the richness, range and diversity of the selections, styles and sounds you've captured here can't be beaten. For all their efforts, most modern takes on the genre just aren't coming near this stuff in terms of creativity and musicality.

this is the best synthwave playlist because most others are just the same sounding song over and over. a lot of these songs actually sound like they could be part of a track from the 80s, which most other synthwave songs dont, they just emulate the sampled sounds rather than try to compose a song from the era. very nice playlist. its the only one i really like.
