First a Global Execution Context is created for the code then when line 4 is run another Execution Contezt is created in which name is allocated undefined until it is defined means it is taking space. And on line 5 console log shows the output to be undefined then this Execution Context is terminated then line 8 is read and the Global Execution Contest terminates
