No, Optimus isn’t leading the pack. When they were shown at that event dancing and interacting with people it’s a known fact that they were being controlled by an outside source. That’s not saying that one day soon, musk won’t replace as many human workers as possible both in his own facilities and as many as he can sell to other companies so they can replace as many people as they can too!
