LOVED IT! Question! In WEST COAST SWING WHEN GUYS DIP KADYS ITS AN ILLUSION-Because the GIRL IS SUPPORTING HERSELF! WAS SHE DOING THAT HERE? Or was that a no?? If she Was! Say that -because! If the girl says:OK CATCH ME!😱SOMEBODY COULD GET HURT!...no I did NOT drop the girl but I RIPPED OUT A LOT OF BACK MUSCLES! Lots of Pain! So THE LADYS KNOWING ITS AN ILLUSION WOULD REALLY HELP!

I typically just dance at country bars and in public because I don’t have a partner to practice with in private settings. What would you recommend I do to make myself a better dancer if I’m only able to dance in social settings. I want to implement some of these moves but it’s hard when I’m trying to teach the girl them at the same time as trying to teach myself
