Hard coded credentials, discussed in 17:30 or thereabouts is very bad. Do not encourage this practice. It's lazy and a vulnerability just waiting to get exploited. There are far better and more secure ways to do this. Including having the script ask for an interactive credential that it can then store in memory when it's fired up. Depending on the language, the credential object is secured and encrypted in memory. Or simply running the script as a service account that has been given the correct authority to do the work required, allowing the script the appropriate access to do the work. Hard-coded credentials are a serious security vulnerability and should not be used, most especially doing anything with administrative or privileged credentials.
