Thats why you use the right viscosity. Dont buy the most expensive oil. You dont need to.
Dude discovered a 20 year old autoshop display for synthetic oil lol.
Royal purple is the left oil. They make all commercial viscosities. There is ABSOLUTELY a solid diffrence in quality of oil. Leading brands have detergents in higher quality oil that prevents varnishing sluging on all major components (no matter how often you change oil the detergents in higher quality oil clean up the residue left by old oil). They also use a formula that has a "clingy" aspect to prevent hard / dry starts in the morning or after the vehical sits for a while. But idk im just a level 3 Cummins technician.
quality has nothing to do with this, its just viscosity and for any metal parts more zinc in the oil will reduce friction and make the parts last longer. I use castrol magnatec in my car since it has more zinc and less detergents, the only downside is you have to change it more frequently. But its worth it.
Bad quality oil❌ Mango pulp☑️
"Mobil1, Put it in your engine. Mobil1, the oil for you." Ahh video
Quality of oil❌ Quality of dinosaurs ✅
The amount of times I’d crank the display at auto zone when I was a kid is crazy they always had it by the register and I’d make the gears go crazy
this test is faulty. both gear systems are being powered by the same belt. they should be in their own, seperate enclosures with seperate power sources.
İ am confused, which one is high quality and which one is low quality?
You are right but even low quality oil is not that dirty when coming out the bottle and the highest quality oil is not a guaranteed match for your particular car
Owner's manuals exist. Read yours and do what it says, using the oil it specifies. You will not have any lubrication-related issues for the duration of your ownership.
Looks like Royal Purple on the left. I've been using that stuff for years. I once had an oil filter fail on me and I was running 2 quarts of oil in a 5.7 Hemi. No issues at all.
this is why you should use the right engine oil...
Gear oil. Engine oil is designed to splash and spray, gear oil is designed to stick to gears like in the video
It’s not about “low vs high quality” oil. It’s about getting the right viscosity oil. It doesn’t matter if you get high quality oil if it’s the wrong viscosity because you can brick your engine by doing that.
Use the right oil for the right job.
These are so fake. They only demonstrate how the oil behaves at room temperature. Inside an engine the oil is very hot, and behaves very differently.
1 has water in it and the other doesn't. Have a nice day.
