OK girl, you need to watch the videos of "Scenes that hit different after Union X ending", also the japanese version of "It isn't over yet?" is actually "Looks like I will continue on another journey.", so yeah, the player ("us") becomes or reincarnates in a new journey related to Xehanort.

I dont know if you realised this or not but when Ven charges the darkness and changes it into a form that is defeatable, He creates Vanitas. Which is why in KH3, after his defeat at the hands of Ventus and Sora, he says "Cant you see? I AM Darkness." and all of us thought that it was just him being edgy, but he was being literal. Vanitas was the darkness that was originally ripped from Ventus's heart, and it was a darkness SO strong that it was able to SOLO summon a new batch of creatures - the Unversed. And it happened here.

Ventus is my favorite character since BBS and I can't wait to see what's gonna happen with him in the future. I feel like he's gonna play a big role in the future KH games, or at least I hope so. Somehow, I feel like Roxas' desire for freedom came from Ventus' repressed memories of being manipulated again and again. Maybe Ventus will follow the same path as Roxas, but against the Foretellers instead of the Organisation.

not rly sure if you noticed, but just in case you didnt: the maleficent scene at the end is a scene from kh2. her medium was brought there cuz the 3 fairies remember her well enough so that she could return. the ven scene at the end is from bbs, the shadowy figure probably xehanort finding him

Violet crying when she realizes the Dream Eaters from DDD are all the fallen children wielders from Union and then showing us flashbacks of her singing the Dream Eater theme while adoring her Spirits during old gameplay is all of us honestly. (Except Violet is part of the small percentage who respected the Dream Eaters from day 1 and thought they were lovely and adorable, meanwhile most people hated them and thought they were annoying and wanted regular party members back lmao. Btw I’m part of Violet’s percentage, I’ve always loved the Dream Eaters)

The second you pulled out 358/2 Days at the end of the video, I felt a moment of dread. Days is the saddest KH story for me, and it hurts even more when you've spent the time actually playing it instead of just seeing the cutscenes.

I don't remember the first time I heard someone mention that KH was about trauma and may have come from someone who faced abuse, but it makes so much sense. Maybe it was from one of your videos. I was already a big fan of Kingdom Hearts before, but hearing that made me bawl so, so much, and it made me understand why I hold KH so close to my heart

I’ve loved all of the videos and I’m right there with you. KH has an incredibly special place in my heart. The original chain of memories really got me and I loved it so much. And I tried to get everyone to play it but so many people were reluctant. They were just waiting for KH2, but every entry is incredibly important.

Vens timelime matches up to the present now. The darkness sora spoke to in vens heart was one of the "Darknesses" from UX. Laurium and elrena still have gaps between waking up from the rescue pods and becoming nobodies. Luxu took over brains form but brain also travelled to a future where scala was created? Theres some business to be explained there. What the fuck is in the damn box already!? I guess dark road will answer some more plots points, maybe about sigurd or the person who gave infant MX away. Also no sign of demyx and luxord. Unless theyre both from the fictional world (Quadratum)

One quick thing now that you’re officially caught up. Back when DDD was released on the 3DS, a meme rose that “everyone is either xehanort or sora”. Longest running meme and I think it got to Nomura a little, so he said “fine, everyone is Xehanort, right? Ok then” and he did it. The KHUX player character chooses to reincarnate instead of sleep and become a dream eater. They show cutscenes of Young Xehanort, meaning LITERALLY everyone is Xehanort. We’re now all child murderers and creepy old men >:))
