@ReidCaptain

Alright, I have another vote for you all. "Nuclear" missile, or orbital cannon?

@labskie1120

You are a medieval farmer. You hear a loud explosion outisde your abode. You go outside to see, expecting a cannon, but instead, it is a fighter jet, launching several missiles at your small cottage

@maxboskeljon6440

The fact that you were able to create something that not only works but also looks like an actual fighter jet in a game like besiege is insane. Well done, reid!

@egornick9206

Supersonic jet made out of iron bracings and wooden planks, powered by heated water
Besiege in a nutshell

@yoongzy

Reid is just like Archimedes during the siege of Syracuse. Instead of building a curved mirror to focus the sunlight on enemy ships to burn them, he just built a supersonic jet that shoots missiles.

@harryiscool8219

With the vacuum blocks you can actually make something similar to a rail gun

@negativereason8327

I just got done watching him make a helicopter in besiege and now i am watching a supersonic jet being made

@Kais3rProductions

The spring mechanic is very similar to how they launch jets off of aircraft carriers! It seemed unintentional but if you did know, good on ya!

@jay8762

You should use steering rotators instead of the rotating block, because it has a limited angle and can return to center for your elevons and ailerons

@fraser9580

I like how he appears to have accidentally made a decent, if stubby, Su-27 Flanker

@KoolKyurem25

So I haven't touched Besiege in years. However, I still remember a lot of neat building tips from even way back when. You can make RTC controls using two pistons pushing a hinge on the side of a pivot. What this allows is for you to go straight into certain angles without having to deal with turn blocks. Though I guess logic has improved those.

Another thing is the classic "stick some powered wheels to each other and then put propellers on the end" engine. The biggest benefit is that you can have some of the wheels on different controls so you can have things like taxi speed, cruise speed, and afterburner speed. Getting the propellers laying against the final wheel can be finicky but finicky describes Besiege most of the time anyways.

@RyanN777

The homing missile was awesome, it would be really cool if you developed counter measures for it too somehow

@menkobeastz6331

Imagine you are a medieval farmer and seeing a wooden F22 Raptor with seeking missiles fly above your head

@inniyewtesfaw2003

twin-engine, stupid fast, may or may not explode when attempting a sharp turn, sounds like a MiG-25 lmao

@maximilliano3273

I saw a comment like this but I want to make it better

You are a medieval farmer living on your family farm. Your farmhouse sits on a serene mountain overlooking a flowing river. The sky is fresh and speckled with fluffy clouds. The ground is slightly moist, due to the recent rain. The grass is dotted with little glistening drops of water, and you spot a grasshopper jumping on a leaf. It’s very quiet, except for the gentle hum of crickets and the river below. You look up, and spot a rainbow, and it reminds you of your family, who lives in a nearby village named ashwood. The hum of crickets hushes as there is a loud screeching sound, growing louder and louder. All of a sudden, from the sky, a bomber plane moving at Mach 2 flies overhead, dropping 14 bombs destroying the farm, and the village.

Thank you for your patience. You survived at least.

@LastGoatKnight

That stubby (MiG-29) Fulcrum imitation looks....kinda cute😅

@WMSAG

Holy crap, he actually made it look like a plane this time.

@eleypvr7294

the more it looked like an Sukhoi the more i smiled

@coryman125

Using those vacuum blocks as missile guidance is really clever :O

"so far I've been taking off while in the air, which isn't that realistic."

I'm glad you clarified :)
