I was 11 years old when Voyager was launched. I was fascinated then, and I'm still fascinated. I never thought I would still be here to see it leave our solar system in interstellar space. Go, Voyager, go.
Im glad the voyager is still alive..its insane how far it has gone and will never return..
HUGE KUDOS to that cameraman getting those insane shots of voyager with jupiter in the background!
If ever there was an example of "they don't make 'em like they used to," this is it.
I was 6 yrs old when they launched. I’ve followed their journey for 48 years with fascination and excitement. They feel like old friends.
I was born in 1958 and quickly became fascinated by flight and the possibility of space travel having watched the moon landings and the T.V. programs like Star Trek. I was convinced I would one day be a crewman on a flight to the nearest galaxy. Silly I know but this program has taught me that I have always been a crewman on a space ship, we all have, those who came before and those people who come after us.
It's amazing how a radio signal doesn't weaken or disapate as it travels vast distances.
This is incredible, I watched both voyagers launch back in the 70’s. This is truly amazing. I never thought we’d still be communicating with the voyagers 45 maybe 50 years later. Absolutely amazing.
I was born in 1977. It blows my mind that Voyager 1 & 2 have been working as long as I’ve been alive. 🤯
I know this is educational video but while listening, at 04:41 "..heading for Uranus next." had made me chuckle like a kid.
The audio quality in this video is insane with the headphones on🔥🔥
Its amazing how cameraman still chasing voyager😂😂
I don't why but this makes me emotional. The journey, the scale of the universe, and the mysteries that will never be uncovered... I don't have the words to explain how I feel
I know how Voyager feels.I too have memory problems affecting my onboard operating system.Getting old sucks.
Wow, this is absolutely mind-blowing! 🌌 Voyager has literally rewritten everything we thought we knew about our solar neighborhood — from the bizarre plasma wave “echoes” at the heliopause to those unexpected magnetic field flips and the first taste of true interstellar space. It’s incredible to think that these two little spacecraft, launched over 45 years ago, are still out there charting the unknown and sending us data that challenges our understanding of the universe. Truly a testament to human curiosity and ingenuity!
I'm 24 turning 25, this is the first time I've heard about spacecraft reaching this far. This is, by far, the coolest video I've ever seen about space
I worked on Voyager 2 at JPL. My colleagues at JPL are amazing that they were able to reconfigure the Memory
They need to send a Voyager 3 imagine what you can see with today's computers and cameras
I was 21 years old when Voyager was launched.....So glad I'm still here to watch it's journey!
